What AuditXL is, who it's for, and how it compares to other tools.
AuditXL is an SEO Audit platform built for SEO agencies, freelance consultants, and site owners. The tool analyzes your site across four dimensions — technical, performance, content, and AI Search — and produces a branded PDF report your client receives via email or share link. Difference from other tools: the product is the report you send your client, not a dashboard you monitor yourself.
Three main audiences: (1) SEO freelancers managing 1–5 clients who want to stop preparing reports manually. (2) Mid-size agencies selling monthly audits as part of a retainer. (3) In-house SEO managers in companies who need a monthly status report their manager will actually read.
Enter a URL and click "Free report" — you'll get an SEO report within 60–90 seconds, no credit card, no signup. This shows you exactly what the report looks like. If you decide to continue — sign up, get a 7-day free trial on every paid plan, and cancel any time from the dashboard.
Those are excellent tools for agencies that need deep in-platform analysis — the focus there is the dashboard, deep competitor data, and analyses your analyst looks at. AuditXL focuses on the second part of the process — the report your client receives. If your analyst already looks at SEMrush and then needs to turn that into a client-ready PDF — AuditXL is a second step that saves hours every month.
The interface is full Hebrew RTL and English. The crawl itself works on sites in any language — Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, and more. The exported report stays in Hebrew (or English depending on client settings).
The score (0–100) is a weighted average of 4 categories: Technical (30%), Core Web Vitals (30%), Content (25%), AI Search readiness (15%). 90–100 = Excellent. 75–89 = Strong. 60–74 = Average. 45–59 = Weak. Below 45 = Critical. The score is saved in history so you can show your client a trend over time.
What the report checks, where the data comes from, and how long it takes.
Over 60 checks across the following dimensions: On-Page (title, meta description, heading hierarchy, alt text, canonical), Technical (robots.txt, sitemap.xml, structured data, HTTPS/SSL, security headers), Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS, FCP, TTFB — mobile and desktop), Content (thin content, keyword cannibalization, duplicates), Backlinks (Domain Rating, referring domains), AI Search readiness (semantic HTML, schema coverage, AI crawler accessibility).
60–90 seconds for a full report. During the scan we run a direct page crawl, call the Google PageSpeed API (mobile + desktop), gather backlink data, and run the scoring algorithm. Results appear in the dashboard the moment the scan finishes.
Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed come directly from the Google PageSpeed API (the same data Google uses for ranking). Backlinks come from a leading SEO data provider with weekly updates. On-page and Technical come from our own direct page crawl. You can see the source of every finding in the report itself.
No. The scan behaves like a single regular visitor — one request per page. We respect robots.txt and use an identifying User-Agent (AuditXL-Bot). You won't see server load, won't affect rankings, and won't blow through quotas.
In the current version: the home page and a sample of key pages (selected automatically based on internal links and importance). On the roadmap (Q3 2026): full sitemap scanning up to 100 pages per project with site map analysis and page hierarchy.
You define up to 5 competitors in project settings (Pro) or unlimited (Agency). On every regular report, AuditXL runs a scan and pulls PageSpeed for each competitor and shows a comparison table of scores, Core Web Vitals, and domain authority data. This lets you tell your client "you're at 82, your closest competitor is at 74" without calculating manually.
Prices, plans, free trial, upgrade and downgrade.
Yes, two paths. (1) One free SEO report per visitor, no credit card, no signup — shows exactly what the report will look like. (2) Every paid plan (Starter / Pro / Agency) includes a 7-day trial before the first charge. If you cancel within 7 days — you're not charged.
Starter ($29/month): 5 projects, 30 reports per month, 100 keywords tracked, 1 competitor, branded PDF. Pro ($79/month): 20 projects, unlimited reports, 500 keywords, 5 competitors, White Label, scheduled reports, GSC + GA4 integration. Agency ($199/month): everything unlimited, 1,000 keywords, GBP integration, send directly to client, embeddable widget, API access, personal onboarding.
Annual billing saves 30% vs. monthly. Starter drops to $20/month ($240/year — save $108/year). Pro to $55/month ($660/year — save $288). Agency to $139/month ($1,668/year — save $720).
Upgrades take effect immediately — new features unlock the moment the charge goes through, and the price difference is prorated (you only pay for the days remaining in the cycle). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose access. No cancellation fees in either direction.
At the end of the month you'll get an alert at report 30. Report 31 will be blocked until the start of the next month or until you upgrade. We don't charge overage — you upgrade or wait.
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are PCI-DSS encrypted. No hidden fees, no setup costs.
PDF, White Label, client share, data export.
A standard PDF report includes: cover page with agency logo and client name, overall SEO score + per-dimension scores, visual overview chart, Core Web Vitals table (LCP / INP / CLS), critical issues list with priority and recommended fix, backlinks data, full breakdown of all 60+ checks, and an executive summary in plain language. On Pro and Agency: full White Label branding (logo, colors, agency name).
Every report has a "Share with client" button that creates a unique URL (e.g. /r/abc123). The client opens the link in a browser and sees a beautiful, designed report with your branding — no need to download a PDF, no signup, no AuditXL in the header. The link can be revoked at any time from the dashboard.
In project settings you upload a logo, pick a primary brand color, and set an agency name. From there every PDF report, every client share link, and every email sent automatically — looks like an internal product of yours. AuditXL doesn't appear anywhere. Available on Pro and Agency.
Yes. Every report supports CSV/JSON export of all the raw data — issues list, CWV data, backlinks, keyword rankings. This lets you push the data into an internal dashboard, CRM, or any other tool. CSV export is available from Starter and up.
Starter: 30 days of history. Pro: 12 months. Agency: unlimited. History lets you show the client a trend — "on January 1 it was 72, today it's 87, what we did the last 3 months worked".
Pro: yes — scheduled reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) are produced automatically and sent to your email or the client's. Agency: sent directly to the client via a branded agency email (not AuditXL). Both support a share link.
Connecting to client Google accounts, API, embeddable widget.
After the client's OAuth connection — AuditXL pulls real data from Google Search Console (impressions, clicks, queries, top pages), Google Analytics 4 (sessions, engaged users, conversions), and Google Business Profile (views, direction requests, reviews). All data appears in the report itself as part of the deliverable to the client. GSC + GA4 are available on Pro, GBP on Agency.
A small iframe you can put on your agency site — your clients see the live SEO score of their site directly from your site. Attractive for lead generation ("Get your free SEO score"). You can customize the design, the size, and where the CTA button leads.
Full API access (Agency) opens a REST API for every action: create project, run report, fetch data, manage clients. This enables automating client onboarding (form on your site → project in AuditXL), CRM integration, or building an internal dashboard with AuditXL data. API documentation is available after signup.
No. Unlimited projects and clients. You can manage 5 clients or 500 at the same monthly price. There is a limit of 1,000 keywords tracked (in total across all projects) and on scan frequency — but not on the number of clients.
How we protect your data and your clients' data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Infrastructure on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL), AWS S3 for PDF storage, Clerk for identity management, Stripe for payments. All vendors with SOC 2 Type II compliance. We don't store passwords or payment data on our servers.
Never. We don't sell, don't share, don't train models, and don't process your data for commercial purposes. Our business model is subscription — you pay us directly, and we don't need to profit from your data to survive.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days — a grace period to export CSV/PDF of all reports. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can request immediate deletion via account settings or by contacting support.
Yes. AuditXL is GDPR-compliant — you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export all your data via the dashboard. We don't transfer data outside Europe without consent. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request for clients who need it.
We respond within one business day. Pricing questions → pricing page.
