Your rights and obligations as a user of AuditXL. Please read carefully before use.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of AuditXL constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. AuditXL is intended for businesses and professionals; it is not intended for personal use by private individuals.

Service Definition

AuditXL provides an online SEO analysis tool for site crawling, report generation, keyword rank tracking, and performance analysis. The service is provided "as-is" and may change at our discretion.

User Account

  • β†’You must provide accurate details when registering.
  • β†’Responsibility for safeguarding your account password rests with you.
  • β†’Sharing an account between unauthorized people outside your licensing plan is prohibited.
  • β†’We reserve the right to suspend accounts where misuse is identified.

Plans and Payments

  • β†’Pricing is published on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' advance notice.
  • β†’Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • β†’Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • β†’Non-payment will result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.
  • β†’Usage limits (number of reports, projects) are defined by the chosen plan.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

  • β†’Crawling websites you own or have authorization to scan.
  • β†’Sharing reports with clients as part of professional services.
  • β†’Using the API (on the Agency plan) for internal automation.

Prohibited

  • βœ•Crawling sites without their owners' permission.
  • βœ•Using the service for unlawful activity.
  • βœ•Attempting to bypass rate limits or usage limits.
  • βœ•Actions that may harm service availability for other users.
  • βœ•Reselling access to the service without an explicit partner agreement.

Intellectual Property

All AuditXL code, design, algorithms, and trademarks are reserved by the company. Use of the service does not grant any intellectual property rights. The data you input (domains, keywords) is yours. Reports generated are assigned to you for business use.

Limitation of Liability

AuditXL provides information for analytical purposes only. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the reports. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of SEO data sourced from external APIs (Google PageSpeed, DataForSEO).

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. You are not entitled to compensation for temporary service interruptions.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have violated these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
